This policy covers AUREN CURATED (aurencurated.shop), a streetwear store run from Lahore, Pakistan, selling cash on delivery nationwide. It explains what we collect when you browse, order, or make an account, what we do with it, what we never do with it, and the controls you hold. It applies to the store, your account, and the emails we send.
What we collect when you order: your name, the mobile number our confirmation team calls, the delivery address you give us, and the order itself - pieces, sizes, quantities, prices, the coupon applied, and the status events that follow it. If you email or message us on WhatsApp about an order, we keep that conversation with the order.
What we collect when you make an account: your email and a password, which we store only as a hash - never the readable string. If you use Continue with Google instead, we receive the name and email your Google account shares, and nothing else from Google. An optional mobile number, if you add one, is used for delivery updates.
What we collect to keep the store safe: the IP address and coarse device facts behind sign-ins and security-sensitive actions are written to your account's activity log, sessions carry a record you can revoke, and the open forms on the store (order tracking, sign-up, password reset, reviews) run a Cloudflare Turnstile human check that passes limited interaction data through Cloudflare under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
What we do not collect: there is no card on file and no online payment through us - you pay the courier cash on delivery, or transfer directly through the bank options shown at checkout - so we never receive card numbers or payment credentials. We do not buy data from brokers and we do not run advertising trackers on the store.
How your data is used: to place, confirm, deliver, and support your orders (the confirmation call is the reason we need a working number); to send the emails you asked for - order confirmations and updates, restock alerts you subscribed to, and the drop list if you joined it; to operate your account and keep it secure; to meet the record-keeping duties tax and consumer law ask of a store; and to stop abuse of the store through rate limits, bot checks, and order screening.
Who sees your data: the courier delivering your order receives the name, address, and phone it needs to reach your door. The services that keep the store running process data under contract - the image host that serves product photos, the email service that delivers our mail, the service that runs the human checks on our forms, and our database host. When you use Continue with Google, Google handles that sign-in under its own privacy policy. We share with authorities only where the law requires it.
What never happens: your information is not sold, not rented, not traded, and not handed to advertisers. There is no ad network on this store and no data sale in any form.
Cookies and local storage: the store sets a session cookie when you sign in, so the site knows it is you; a cart cookie that remembers your bag between visits; and your browser's local storage holds your wishlist and a saved checkout draft. That is the whole list - no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep things: order records stay for as long as tax and consumer law require a store to keep them. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Sign-in sessions expire on their own after 30 days of absence, and the security activity log is a rolling record you can review in Account, Security, Activity.
Your controls: correct your name, phone, and addresses any time in your account; manage or delete saved addresses; sign out of any device, or every device at once, from Security; unsubscribe from the drop list from the link in any email; and ask us for a copy of your data or its deletion at orders@aurencurated.pk. Deletion removes your account and personal details; records of orders already placed stay in the reduced form the law requires.
Security: passwords are stored as hashes, two-factor secrets (where you switch two-step sign-in on) are stored encrypted, sessions are revocable by you, and every security-relevant event on your account is written to an activity log you can read. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong, we will tell you what happened and what we did about it.
Children: the store is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child gave us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy: material changes are posted on this page, and significant ones are announced on the store. The current version always lives at this address.
